Why subscribe?
The free allowance lets you try the Companion first. A subscription adds more messages every month and enables long-term memory, so the Companion can remember you and your pet across conversations. It also supports the ongoing operation of the service.
What is the difference between Basic, Standard, and Pro?
All plans include the same AI Companion and long-term memory. They differ mainly in price and monthly volume: Basic has 80 messages for occasional use, Standard has 200 for regular conversations, and Pro has 500 for frequent, ongoing support.
How are Companion messages counted?
One message is used only when the AI completes a successful reply. Failed or unfinished replies are returned. Monthly subscription messages are used before permanent messages.
Do monthly messages expire? What are permanent messages?
Subscription messages reset each billing cycle and unused messages do not roll over. Permanent messages never expire: new accounts receive 6, and a successful referral gives 30 to the inviter and 20 to the invited member.
Does a subscription include the full reincarnation report?
No. The full ten-chapter report is a separate one-time purchase of $29.99. It does not require a subscription or use Companion messages, and the hexagram preview remains free.
Does the subscription renew automatically, and how do I cancel?
Subscriptions renew at the end of each billing period — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you chose. You can cancel anytime from the subscription card on your Profile page. Your remaining credits and long-term memory stay available until the current period ends, and you will not be billed again afterward.
Can I upgrade or downgrade during a billing cycle?
Not currently. Cancel the current subscription, wait for its billing period to end, then choose another plan. On an annual plan that means waiting until the year you paid for is over. Cancelling never removes permanent credits you have already earned.
When can I request a refund?
Unused services may be eligible within 14 days of purchase. Technical failure, duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, and non-delivery are reviewed case by case. Cancelling does not issue an automatic refund; see the Refund Policy for full terms.
Which payment methods and currencies are supported?
All prices are in USD. Available methods are those shown by the secure Creem checkout for your region and may include supported cards. Payment details are encrypted and handled by the payment provider.
